Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally:

• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.
• You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.
• You waive the right to a jury trial.
• You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of purchase by emailing info@silk-spider.com with your order number and written request.
• This does not prevent you from bringing eligible claims in California small claims court.
