30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.

To Qualify for a Return

Items must:

• Be unused
• Be in original unopened packaging
• Include all accessories
• Include proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-built or modified printers
• Used filament or consumables
• Clearance or final sale items
• Products damaged from misuse, improper assembly, or unauthorized modifications

How to Start a Return
Email returns@silk-spider.com with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos if applicable

Approved returns will receive an RMA number and instructions.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective.

Chargebacks

If there’s a problem, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
